Wordpress Real Estate Listings Manager Plugin

I am seeking an experienced Wordpress plugin developer to build a new plugin in for me that will allow my real estate clients to easily create and manage their real estate listings within their blog/site.

High level options below. A functional design spec will be provided once the appropriate candidate has been found.

Project Details:

This plugin will create a new post type, titled “listing” and is to use as much as existing standard WordPress functionality as reasonable, including existing files and data table structures.
The intention of this plugin is to be easily reusable across any existing or new theme and current WordPress version.
Additionally, it is to be functional in both standard WordPress as well as WordPress multisite installations.
