Data Analyst Team Leader

Specific duties and responsibilities for this position shall include:
- Manages Data Analyst team and ensures accurate reporting of inventory and stock movement
--Preparation of inventory-related reports for reference in SMART decision-making
-Creation of daily, weekly and monthly sales reports (either in numerical or graphical presentation).
-Gather data from different sources and platforms to create a report used for inventory re-stocking analysis and brand’s overall evaluation.
-Evaluate sales performance of the previous bulk orders.
-Identification of discrepancies and their root cause, including presentation of data to the management and concerned departments
-Recommendation of processes modifications to further improve the Inventory Management procedures
-Create product listings in Amazon and other platforms

Qualifications:
-Finished at least 2 years in college
-Good English Communication skills
-Must be PROFICIENT in MS Excel functions and shortcuts
-1 year Supervisory role experience
-2 year Data Analysis or Data Management experience
-Flexible to work hours and in working graveyard shift
-Can work with minimal supervision
-Detail oriented
