Bookkeeper / Customer Service Representative

Requirements:

Non-negotiable:
1. Must posses high command of the English Language (USA). Understanding spoken and written English instructions.
2. Composing from scratch without assistance grammatically correct simple Customer Service and Request For Payment emails.
3. Ability to use and have access to internet two way audio communication for instructions and meetings with company web developer and business owner on demand or with prior arranged available hours.
4. Regular attendance, clock in, clock out, via #Slack or Google Hangouts or Mac/IPhone Messages via internet connections of good enough quality to support good voice communications.
5. Ability to use Numbers spreadsheets to itemize and create accounting like summaries for income and expenses.
6. Ability to provide small business owners customer service support with relaying product information, pricing. Facilitate website development and internet marketing projects for the customer by communicating with PH web developer.
7. Ability to work independently without direct supervision and without constant direction and produce results from objective based project assignments. Training & instruction provided, however, your responsibility is to learn and then produce results with only sporadic and intermittent guidance there after.

Highly Desirable:

1. Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant using Apple/Mac OS and iOS applications.
2. Prior Personal or Business Virtual Assistant experience longer than 2 years for same person.
3. High written recommendation from prior employer, verifiable via direct verbal/phone contact.
4. Flexible hours & available on demand for task completion.
5. Quick learner.
6. High attention to detail, especially numbers & logging aviation flight details in required report formats.
7. College educated.
8. Command of English written language at Post-Graduate/Masters Degree level, or equivalent experience.
9. Ability to become full time employee.
10. Strong desire to succeed and achieve success. Ability to assume greater responsibilities and income as business potentially grows to a operational facility/physical presence in PH with numerous staff members by late 2018, early 2019.
