Insurance Customer Service

MUST HAVE PRIOR INSURANCE EXPERIENCE.

We are a property and casualty insurance business and prior experience in this industry is preferred.

Tasks include:

- making certificates of insurance - ACORD forms
- obtaining quotes from companies for auto and business insurance
- preparing quotes by editing PDF files
- completing ACORD forms based on data we receive
- taking client data from an online lead request and putting it into an application (PDF file)
- other tasks related to obtaining quotes and helping with insurance

Experience preferred with:

- The Hartford
- Travelers
- ACORD forms
- Safeco
- Auto: Foremost, Kemper Preferred, Kemper Specialty, Dairyland

We use ASANA for task management. You do not have to be familiar with it, but if you are, it is helpful.
