Virtual Assistant with strong Computing skills

I am looking for one or more people who can learn my trading system and enter trades in the MT4 FX trading platform

The system is not overly complicated and I have created Indicators to identify when action is required supplemented by Alerts at various times but it does requires monitoring 24/5 hence the need to employ others so it can be monitored 24 hours a day 5 days a week

The person/s will be fully trained by me personally in my FX Trading system as well as via a number of videos the assistant will create as assignments to reinforce knowledge and understanding.

Initial Base Salary for the first month will be 12.500 Pesos. In months 2 the base Salary will be the higher of 12, 500 or profit share - profit share will be much higher if done correctly. I will supply sample trades confirming the profits on trades. This will be over just a few days - there are 20 working days in a month and I will be trading 5 - 10 Currency pairs initially increasing to more after a few months

You will also be trained in how to use Explaindio3 (a very detailed course from Udemy with 267 videos) and other Courses in Marketing, Programming, Data Analysis so you will also have the opportunity to apply and get other jobs if you want to see You tube video

You will be given an assignment of preparing a Explaindio3 training videos on how I trade  as well as a series of tests

You will be given a series of charts and prepare a commentary of what is happening and what should be done next recording the screen using Camtasia Studio and your voice recording what you see and anticipate happening - then the screen will be moved on and you can see if you were right or wrong as well as how to correct if wrong

The above should reinforce your understanding of how to trade my system very quickly

You will trade using a test account for up to 30 days to ensure you fully understand and can implement the system which willalos prove my system and how food it is before trading on a live account with real money.

While waiting for the Indicators or Alerts to pop up you will prepare marketing videos and will be given additional training via applicable Udemy courses which are excellent so your knowledge with be greatly increased in number of areas.

Trading requires looking at the charts every hour on a 24 hour day 5 days a week. There will be scheduled hours for each Trader who will do a sort video summry iin the last hour before handing over to the next person. I will probably hire another 1 2 or 3 people working 8 hours a day each

You will contact me by phone, skype, email, test, Team Viewer or other with queries and or confirmation of actions or anything else

Initially you will be heavily involved in training of yourself so an initial base salary of 8,000 Pesos a month for 8 hours a day will be paid and reviewed after 1 month based on performance – if you have difficulty I will firstly attempt to re train as required but if you cant do it in the test enviroment you will not go live but you will have had the advantage of the base salary and should be able to get a good job because of all the training courses you have done

The successful applicants will be made into a team and the team will be given a trading account which I will seed with say $500 with trades done on my account copied to the Virtual Assistants Team account which they will share equally 100% of the profts - the team will be able to withdraw 50% of the months profits and the other 50% moved to accounts in other ccy pairs - there will be a separate account for each Ccy pair. In manual back testing I have often made well over $250 a day in just 1 Ccy pair – this will grow to 10 or more Ccy pairs so this really is a once in a life time opportunity.

Obviously I have high expectations of the successful applicant/s.

I have only ticked a number of skills which are desirable but not all essential. The primary skills are Education, Intelligence, fast learner and very strong computer skills ( if you dont know how to do something you will be expected to find out via google or Youtube searches or asking friends).

Obviously you need to have a computer and Internet access

I have a Business Studies degree, am a CPA and a qualified certified Trader, I worked most of my career in London as a Business Systems Consultant and Analyst, Financial Controller and have successfully installed 4 major Accounting software implementations, who has retired to the Philippines - living in Tagum Mindinow

I have big plans to help local villages here in the Philippines to establish Cooperatives and to supply Funds to build hydroponic green houses plus establish business such as 3D Printing, Recycling Tyres by reg roving the tread patterns, making bricks and a lot of other small low cost start up that I have seen on Youtube.

I will also be looking at buying wholesale 2nd hand Computers and making them available to the villages with a LiFi (not wifi) Dongle for free internet and establish a school in the Villages where the children ages 1 - 21 can download entire websites like Spark notes , Khan Academy and learning anything using Grabber in Internet Download Manager or HTTrack or something else.

The idea is that most of the money from the profits from Trading sold to red parties will be used to do the above in the villages in the form of interest free loans ( unfortunately people don’t appreciate something if it is free) and the repayments used to repeat again and again in other villages, This will provide jobs for people and the children will get quality food etc etc

The above comes from the Bible - give a man a fish and he will feed his family for a day but if you teach a man to fish and give him the tools to fish and he will feed his family for life and I like the Philippino people very much and simply want to give back.

The projects will be managed by say 1 elected villager and or the local Barringay with re election every 12 months
