Need help starting/Growing a business. Need help with website (WordPress), Marketing and Ideas

I have been running a business by myself (sometimes had help with emails) for 15 years, but I want to see if getting help from the Philippines will be beneficial. So, here is what I will be needing (and most likely not all from the same person). I am still not sure how I want to use someone, but I wanted to see what is available.

- Someone good with WordPress websites (Please look at www.NightSkyMurals,com and let me know what you would do differently to improve it).
- Video editing
- Social Media help
- Someone good in business that I can bounce ideas off of.

I would love to find someone to helpmeet right away with websites. Then, I would hopefully like to hire additional people to help with other aspects of my business as I get a feel for how hiring others will help.
