SEO Manager – Freelance Position

Responsibilities:
• Manage and execute implementation of SEO strategy
• Provide SEO analysis and recommendations in coordination with elements and structure of websites and web pages
• Conduct keyword research and carry out technical on-site SEO optimization of website meta-data; meta-titles, descriptions, image alt, heading tags and on-page content
• Link building activities; social media optimization, google maps optimization, image submissions, directory submissions, article directory submissions, social groups and forum content sharing, blog commenting, guest blogging, social book marking
• Help to create and support marketing content to socialize and use for social media purposes
• Implement and administer search engine programs (XML sitemaps, shopping feeds, webmaster tools)
• Communication to team and management on project development, timelines, and results
• Track all activites on SEO tracker and monitor results in SEO Moz, and Google Webmaster Tools and Analytics
• Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
• Monitor and optimize organic search traffic through ongoing site and technical audits and keyword research.

Requirements:
• At least 2 years demonstrated experience in SEO activities – both onsite and offsite optimisation
• Experience in web statistics, marketing, and business development.
• Must be able to work automatously, be able to manage multiple projects and report to our head office
• Adequate knowledge of HTML, CSS, JavaScript is an advantage
• Ability to analyze data and provide evidence-based recommendations.
• Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement
• In-depth knowledge of current SEO tools and practices.
• Knowledge of PPC programs and optimizing data gathered from both organic and paid sources
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
