Website Designer - Webmaster - Real Estate Lead Generation

I work for a real estate company and we are looking for a web designer that will remake our current website and help make our website come up high on search results when people are looking for real estate. This will be a full time and long term salary position.

We have 2 websites we want to create as soon as possible. The first is our company's website. The second is a website where people can search for real estate, but still is associated with our company. After these projects are completed, they would be duplicated for another of our real estate companies, and then a series of microsites would be created.

Your job would be to create the websites in a way that search engines recognize our website's content as relevant search results, therefore ranking it near the top of the list in search results.

Previous experience with real estate websites and/or knowledge of IDX search feature integration is a big plus.
