Are you good with Volusion Store? Can you help build a new Online Wig Store?

I need an high energy individual to help market my online store. I would like some help with social media ads and facebook ads. My main objective is to get my website out there and to ensure that its communicationing well so i need someone VERY familar with the VOLUSION STORE platform to help me with design / html coding. I also need someone to be able to create online banners to change from time to time. Need a creative person with a good sense of modern design.
