Customer Service Representative

• Candidate must possess at least High School Diploma, and ideally a Bachelor's/College Degree in any field.
• Required language(s): English, Filipino
• No work experience required, training is provided, but BPO experience is an advantage
• Can have less than 1 year experience specialized in Customer Service or equivalent.

In this line of work, you can expect the following responsibilities and structures:

1) We have dayshifting and nightshifting.
2) The needs of the clients are logistical, and we specialize in:
•        medical concerns
•        health care scheduling
•        operations scheduling
 3) We have a 2-week training program and evaluation period.
4) Monthly Compensation ranges from 13,000 PHP - 16,000 PHP/month depending on your work.
