A Web Developer with CPA expertice, that puts together a AD+LANDING PAGE (already done) + OFFER with a POP-UNDER

It's a very simple job.
I will provide with an AD photo and script, a LANDING PAGE (script and everything done) and an OFFER provided by the CPA network plus a SCRIPT to create a POP UNDER for that same landing page and I need to set everything up with my own domain to be able to track everything on my CPA network
