Virtual Assistant for eCommerce

We are a US-based eCommerce fashion company and we are looking to hire a VA to manage the eCommerce site, customers, and orders.

Responsibilities include:
- eCommerce and shopping cart maintenance
- Product upload and posting
- Order management
- Shipping preparation (products will be shipped from our US office, but you will prepare shipping documentation)
- eCommerce back-office management (on Shopify platform)
- Social media marketing support (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram)
- Converting textile design files into 3D product images
- Create and send email marketing campaigns
- Expand and maintain customer database
- Generate sales leads from various channels

Required skills and experience:
- Detail-oriented and meticulous, organized, punctual, able to adapt in fast-paced timeline.
- Minimum of 3 years in eCommerce management, for high-volume fashion or lifestyle consumer products is preferred.
- Shopify experience is a must: from setting up, maintenance, and optimizing the e-commerce features.
- Excellent verbal and writing skills in English. Business level proficiency is required.
- Bachelor's degree in Business/Management/Marketing.
- Flexibility in working hours to accommodate longer overlap with US/Europe hours as needed.
