Advanced Wordpress programmer to work with Australian and US marketing consultancy. Do a good job and it will quickly lead to full-time work!

We are a marketing consultancy with offices in Australia and the USA and about to launch in the UK. We use other outsourced contractors for programming etc and now looking for a wordpress programmer to work with the Ballistix web and print design team.

We want this person to become an important part of our team. Initially, it will be contract work but with the strong possibility of quickly a full-time job for the right person.


You can work from home and during Australian business hours.

*** Skills required ***

Our wordpress programmers use the Pagelines Platform Pro framework. Familiarity with the Pagelines framework will be a distinct advantage for this role.

Other skill-sets required:

Must have advanced Wordpress skills

Must have working knowledge of SEO principles

Must have graphic design skills and can use Photoshop and Dreamweaver

Understanding and experience building websites with responsive design a big advantage

*** Type of work you will do ***

In this role you will work with the creative team (writers, designers, strategists) to develop and build effective online promotions and websites for our stable of US and Australian clients.

Your responsibilities will include designing and building:

> Building wordpress websites (you will be given PSD files and a brief)
>Basic onpage SEO as part of site build
