Need help with Video editing

I need some help editing video so I can upload to my two blogsites and then use traffic geyser for syndication.

I will creating roughly 10-25 videos a week, total of 200 within the next 1-2 months. Once I have those videos created I need them edited:

1) I need videos edited using screenflow or something compatible with mac.
2)Once video is created, I would like 6 versions in MOV files, 6 in MPEG4.
3) Load those files into traffic geyser for syndication.
