Your Work Hours:
Full Time 6 days a week (40+ hrs per week)
Houston Texas, USA Time- Mon-Thurs 1pm to 10pm, Fri & Sat 1pm to 5 pm
Manilla, Philippines Time - Tues-Fri 2am to 11am, Sat & Sun 2am to 6am

Tasks to Perform:
- To provide quality customer service through online chat
- To handle incoming customer email and telephone inquires
- To provide constant customer care (sales support, order updates, order refunds)
- To perform office administration work
- To perform English writing projects (blogs & articles)
- To perform internet marketing (video distribution, link building & article marketing)
- Social media administration (Facebook, Twitter & Youtube)

Skills Required:
- Call center/phone customer service experience
- Telephone etiquette
- Customer handling and communications skills
- Microsoft Excel
- Microsoft Excel Word
- Microsoft Outlook (email)
- MSN messenger (other chat)
- English typing and writing skills (must submit samples with your resume)
- English speaking skills (must submit sample with your resume)

Hardware/Software Required:
- Windows XP or 7 on a PC computer
- Telephone headset for using with Skype
- Microsoft office; Excel, Word, Outlook installed on your computer
- Paypal account (to accept your salary)
- Skype account (to do an interview and manage calls)
- Good internet connection
