Virtual Assistant / Business Consultant

We are Inspired Partners Group a serial entrepreneur lifestyle motivational and educational services organization based out of Charlotte NC USA founded on uprooting like minded individuals into the direction of entrepreneurship. We are also a diversified business group engaged in real estate investing, hair & beauty, and e Learning courses. We currently have an opening for a full time Virtual Assistant / Business Consultant to help with our daily operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing and web development.

Video Interviews will be conducted.

Job Duties
• Create promotional ad on Shopify via using Fivver, for instance like banners
• Data entry
• Some web development skills
• Online product or market research as needed
• Execute product order fulfillment
• Social media management when needed
• Creating excel spreadsheets as needed (advance level experience)
• Monitor social media feeds or customer inquiries
• Monitor customer feedback post on social media
• Stays ahead of social media post, especially negative
• Updating advertisement on Facebook ads as needed
• Product and customer research
• Research apps on Shopify, provide summary of what app can accomplish
• Source and coordinate with Fivver consultant for ad hoc projects as needed
• Conduct online product research as needed
• Provide administrative support where needed
• Follow-up with customer inquiry
• Provide assistance with other business as needed
• Minor website maintenance
• Upload blog content from blogger
• Update product listings
• Ajax and Shopify Themes
• Must be able to meet during team meetings via Skype*

Required Skills
• Digital Marketing experience
• Light web development skills for editing
o Be able to make edits to web page
o Ability to crop photos
• Understanding of social media
• Administrative and business skills
• Good written communication skills
• Attention to detail
• eCommerce experience
• Shopify experience is important!
• Graphic design skill is a plus but no required
• College degree is a plus

Technology Requirements:
1. Must have Windows OS 7
2. Must have active virus protection
3. A back up computer is preferred
4. Google docs / open source
5. Graphics - Adobe Photoshop / Gimp
6. Elements / Pixaby
7. Audio (Adobe addition) or equivalent Freeware like Audacity
