Cold calling prospector Full-Time needed ASAP for fast growing real estate team

Hi, we're a fast growing real estate team looking for a great self-motivated Real Estate Inside Sales Agent/VA to join our team. Heavy training will be provide and pay is 100% commission based. You will make money based on your efforts that you put into it. If you book enough appointments, you can make up to $100 everyday.

Your responsibility is to be on the phone all day long. First half of the day you will be prospecting (cold calling) for new business. Second half of the day, you will be calling and setting up appointments for our online leads, past clients and follow up with pending leads.

PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ARE NOT LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO LEARN AND LEAVE. THIS POSITION IS FOR A LONG TERM EMPLOYEE.
