Hiring Graphic Designer For Web

We are looking to hire a creative and expert graphic designer who will handle our Infographics, Logos, Content Images,javascript,jquery,plugins for web sites like animation(menus,modal,bootstrap,most fmous javascript plugin … ).

First of all, I don't need your generic pitches and CVs. I'm sorry, but I won't reply to your email unless it has answers to the followling questions:

HOW TO APPLY

1. What are your favourite design websites or blogs that you read regularly? Please give me the URLs. (I need at least 5)

2. Did you ever publish work on any websites or blogs? Please send me links of your works. (but no more than 10 please, in case you have too many of them)

3. I also need the following links:
A link to your own blog (in case you have one);
A link to your Twitter & Facebook profile (in case you have one);
A link to your ---------- profile (in case you have one);
A link to your Quora profile (in case you have one).

4. Please tell me about your firsthand experience with graphic design. Did you ever work in a web design agency? Or did you ever do design freelance?

5. Do you have experience with creating image and video for social media?
(Facebook, Instagram and so on.)
6. Do you know to work in javascript what plugin did you use before send links 3 or 4?
