We're looking for dedicated individuals to provide excellent quality assurance reviews of timesheets, email orders, phone orders, and review/statistical followup.
The ideal candidate will have the ability to multi-task, and follow up with client orders with their friendly and outgoing personality.
Please note that strong verbal and communication skills are our number one priority.

Starting Job Tasks and Responsibilities
Enter online orders that are emailed to your work account. These orders will need to be double checked, and corrected for any errors you may notice. Following up with the customer with questions about the order may need to be done, and will be done by telephone. Standarized procedures will be provided, and all duties and tasks must be done while maintaining a professional manner.
Compare purchase orders to reservations and make sure that they match. If any items are out of sync and do not match you must submit a re-order request to the manager. The manager will also double check for review. Being familiar with all product and how it corresponds to the orders is very important. Communication over the phone with your manager is very important.
Informs current and prospective customers of upcoming promotions, order followup and quality assurance.

Required Experience:
> English Fluency
> Minimum of 1yr of phone-based customer service and/or sales experience. Familiarity with web-based applications required, online email required, and a fast internet connection/skype contact.
> Self-motivated, Team Leader, Solid Work ethics
> Ability to work in a fast paced, adapting environment.
