Graphic Designer for T shirts

I'm searching for a graphic designer to create artwork for t-shirts we sell. The designs must be 100% authentic and/or original using royalty fonts and graphics. I use GIMP for designing. Experience with GIMP or Photoshop is required. The pay is $1-$2 USD per design depending on quality of work. English is a requirement as well.
