Windows Application Programmer

Overview: I require software that allows for the user to semi-automatically submit material to various internet submission sites for the purpose of traffic and back links.

The type of sites that the software will focus on are:

Article, RSS, Classified, Directory, Podcast, Press Release, Social Bookmarking, Video

Platform: Windows XP,Vista,7
Programming Language: Preferably VB Express 2008
