Webmaster with Design Skills wanted

I'm looking to hire a webmaster to help with my websites.

I want someone who

- has experience with Wordpress (plugins, themes, modifying the look/feel)
- has graphic design skills (not just photoshop, but also html/css)
- can help us maintain our websites (backups, updates, upgrades, changing the way wordpress sites work, static homepages, modifying headers, ...)

I have dozens of websites which need to be maintained and updated on a regular basis.

I would prefer to hire some full-time, but will accept part-time depending on the applicants I get.
