JOB OVERVIEW

Do you have experience with FB Advertising and Google Adwords? Do you think that you have amazing English skills? If so, you may be the one I'm looking for to add to our team of individuals from different countries all over the world.

Commitment: 40 hours per week
Compensation: PHP 30,000 and up, depending on skills + selected holidays, PTO, SL, etc.

Who Are We?
Nordic Quality is an extremely awesome, up-and-coming, online-based company selling physical products under several of our own brands. The main one of which is in the gym and fitness category.

Requirements:
We are looking for an amazing individual who has experience with Facebook Ads and Google ---------- to work for our company as a PPC Advertising Expert with the commitment of 40 hours per week. He/she must have the following:
-Expertise with Facebook paid advertising
-Strong Google AdWords proficiency
-Knowledge on Google Analytics
-Stable Internet connection
-A reliable laptop

Plus, but not required:
-Current AdWords certification
-Knowledge in Google Shopping, Bing Ads, etc.

Tasks:
-Planning, executing, and managing Facebook paid advertising campaigns as the main responsibility;
-Being in-charge of advertising campaigns on other social media sites, such as Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest, etc.
-Performing account management of PPC accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, and other search platforms;
-Assisting in maintaining and monitoring of keyword bids, accounting daily and monthly budget caps, impression share, quality score, and other important account metrics;
-Managing and maintaining updates for a large list of keywords;
-Providing creative suggestions on graphical advertising content;
-Generating weekly and monthly reports for all major metrics goals tracking, revenue tracking, and other paid search initiatives;
-Keeping update with search engine and PPC industry trends and developments;
-Working closely with other team members to meet goals;

Who can apply?
1. People who have experience with FB Advertising and Google Adwords, who are also willing to learn about advertising on other platforms as you will have to learn about this on-the-job as well.
2. Candidates who are willing to go through:
a) an assessment (40-60 minutes)
b) an initial Skype interview with the HR Manager and/or the Marketing & PR Manager
c) a final Skype interview with the CEO and/or the Marketing & PR Manager
3. Candidates who will be able to provide one or two reference letter/s if he/she passes the Skype interviews
