Image/photo editor/designer with experience in print/publishing

Calling designers with experience in publishing (ie not merely digital publishing).

We have several digital high-res photos (in JPEG, PNG formats). These photos are in digital RGB formats and have to be changed to CMYK formats for full bleed newsletter/brochure/magazine printing. You also need to make adjustments to the images to optimise them for commercial printers, not those home/office laser printers.

However, there is no need for major alterations or fancy touch-ups, so it will take very little of your time if you have the software and the relevant experience.

Requirements:
1) Convert to CMYK format.
2) Make the tone of all photos consistent.
3) Ensure that final product is for high print quality 300dpi
4) Print size is A4 (approximately L29cm X W20.5cm)
5) To be viewed at close proximity
6) To send us the images via Dropbox or Google share drive (or other online solutions, since file size will be large)
7) Quick turnaround time
8) Be willing to re-do if you make a mistake due to miscommunications.

We do not need designers for drawing or general or 3D designing or video-editing skills at this stage.
