Web scraping

Looking for a detailed oriented person to create mailing lists by web scraping. The task is to generate one mailing list per week of 100+ mailings; tasking will be defined on a weekly basis. The source information and websites are defined as well as the templates to be used for the mailing list. Additional tasking will be requested from a detailed oriented responsive person. Communication will primarily be via email.
