Adwords Accounts Setup and Initial Ad Campaign Launch

We need someone with experience setting up Adwords accounts from scratch, along with an initial ad campaigns on Adwords (GDN using responsive ads).

You need to be able to setup the initial adwords account, setup the initial ad campaign and monitor account every day for 1-2 weeks. You need to make sure the links and urls work correctly between the ad and the landing page, then monitor on a daily basis and replicate campaigns across multiple GDN accounts - approximately 5-10 accounts every week.

You will be asked to answer the following questions when submitting a proposal:
Do you have experience setting up Adwords accounts?
Do you have experience setting up initial ad campaigns for an e-commerce product or blog article?
What types of offers and campaigns have you setup and run on GDN?
Are you able to dedicate 20-30 hours a week?
Are you able to personally setup and integrate domains, landing pages and place code and CVR pixels?
