JOB OVERVIEW

Greetings!

We are looking for an enthusiastic, detail-oriented, fast learning person who provides great customer service with care and empathy.

It's a full time position, our telephone hours are 9AM -5PM Pacific Standard Time in the USA (California). We are seeking two reps so we can split the shift as those hours are off-hours in the Philippines.

You must be able to multi task as you will have to type notes while handling a call. Previous phone support experience preferred.

We use VOIP so you can answer calls using your computer and return calls using SKYPE.

You will also be responsible for managing email, chat and text (SMS) support.
