Full-Time Wordpress Thesis Expert (Coder/Designer)

We are looking for a full time employee to be a Wordpress web designe/programmer. We work exclusively with both Wordpress Thesis theme/framework and Optimizepress. You must be able to show previous Thesis projects you have completed and pass a challenge task. We are not looking for a freelancer but a dedicated full-time long-term employee. (1) Must be an expert at Wordpress, (2) Must at least be able to code HTML, CSS and some PHP if needed, (3) Must be able to use cPanel and an FTP client, (4) Must be able to communicate well in English, (5) Must be willing and able to learn new things quickly, (6) Must have great communication skills and be able to take instruction, (7) Must be to do the repetitive grunt work along with the more complicated tasks, (8) Must be able to work quickly and efficiently with minimal supervision. You must have a high-speed, stable internet connection, a private work area, computer, and the design software needed for this job.
