Review Posting: Avvo/Yelp * US/California IP's only

Avvo (Law firm directory), Yelp, Yellow Pages, Smart Media, Google+, Primarily focused on Avvo/Yelp

Must come from US (California) IP's. I am not sure on how this will roll out. I do not have profiles for yelp/Avvo that can be used. So Skype me the game plan. Perhaps I just pay per listing, or if you have a network in place, then the hourly would apply. I may be placing my account on hiatus until after year.
