Cold Calling Position

Your responsibilities will include:

Maintaining detailed notes on customers. Specifically, what was discussed on the phone or chat.

Salary negotiable based on experience.Required Skills: Type at least 30 words per minute.

Ability to communicate effectively

Able to perform under stress and ability to multi-task well

Able to develop solutions to ambiguous problems

Must be proficient in Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word

Must pass a criminal background check

Must be proactive, able to anticipate needs, work well under pressure, and a team player.
