Ninja Real Estate Sales Assistant Needed

US-based Real Estate Investing Firm is looking to hire a skilled, dynamic, organize, and determined telesales marketer to fill our Telesales position.

As a growing Real Estate Company, we are always looking for skilled long-term talent to add to our sales team. Bonuses will be paid for exceptional phone skills and rapport building and any deal we close. This position will be 70% outbound and 30% inbound calls.

Candidate needs to have an extensive and solid sales background.
The ideal candidate must have no accent and sound like you could be based in the USA.
The candidate must be (very) fluent and have full command of the (US) English language. Freelancer will be on the phone every day mostly handling outbound/inbound.
Candidate MUST have excellent organizational skills.

Duties will include:
- Daily calling real estate leads, making offers, client follow up, updating client status, excel, customer relation management, maintaining client records etc....
- Calendar maintenance Appointment Setting and reminder service E-mail, cold and warm calling.
- Nurture potential prospects through extensive follow-up communication until ready for appointment with respective buyer or seller expert advisor
- Update Lead’s information and make notes on Podio CRM (candidate MUST have experience with PODIO).
- You must be able to follow specific instructions and work your way through our scripts and at the same time try to be friendly and build rapport with our potential home-sellers and homebuyers.
- You MUST be able to work during US Central Standard Time Zone Hours between 10:00am-and 7:00 pm.

Special consideration will be given to candidates that have prior experience in helping real estate investors or related type of businesses.

IMPORTANT: Candidate must be able to help us build out automated follow up systems and processes.

Our compensation is as follows: Hourly Rate $3-5 based on experience Plus Incentives of $100 for every deal that closes due to your motivation and getting the offers excepted.

HARDWARE REQUIREMENTS:
5 MBPS or higher Internet (hardwired / not WIFI) If you don’t
have 5 MBPS then you must agree to if selected.
Private and quiet dedicated home office area
Modern computer and operating system
Back-ups in case of power or Telcom interruptions
Good headset and webcam (Preferably noise-canceling headset)
