Starting pay is based upon experience ($4 to $7) per hour and all possibilities for raises are based on work performance.

What will the freelancer be doing?
Your role will be conducting niche research on the market in the United States. These products will be tested on social media platforms such as Facebook and Instagram. Please provide a detailed word document that includes recommended niches, with three or more resource screenshots proving each niches’ projected value.

What qualities are needed to be successful?
This job is for an audition. I will be selecting several candidates to hire on a trial basis. After seeing your work, we will choose who to bring onto the team.

Skills are something that can be learned and perfected over time. As corny as it sounds, these are the two qualities I am looking for:

Integrity and commitment.

Integrity: You are a good fit if you can be honest with myself and your fellow team members. Open communication and honesty are paramount to myself and the team. If you are not able to hit a deadline, let me or your team members know in advance so we can adjust for that; the same will apply to us.

Commitment: We have had freelancers for one project and others for over 3 years. We are looking for someone who is looking for a long-term relationship with the expectations that this could become full time. If you are just looking for a few months of work, this might not be for you.
