A creative and self motivated individual with basic programming skills is required to undertake an e-Learning system project.
The purpose of the role is to deliver high level training to end users via web based educational models and corresponding software tools, participate in design, construction and implementation of corporate intranets, e-Learning applications and courseware that supports business objectives.
As this is a start up role you will be instrumental in building and shaping the eLearning capability and community within the organisation as it starts to grow.
You will report to the Learning & Development Manager; L&D Manager will prepare and supply the content of each educational module.
To be successful in this role you should have:
• Instructional design skills
• Knowledge of eLearning software - Articulate Storyline
• Experience with Learning Management Systems
• Strong written and verbal skills
• Excellent presentation, facilitation and influencing skills
• Ability to work autonomously
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft PowerPoint
• Develop solutions and implement initiatives which will improve the overall efficiency and lead to the success of transfer from paper based learning to eLearning for the new program
• Experience with building and maintaining courseware and participant databases
• Experience with relevant programming languages
• Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
