webmaster + SEO possition

I need to hire a professional webmaster to build a new website prefer someone that can add the content ( article writing skills) and have knowledge with SEO on-page and off page.
your english need to be very good speak, read and write.
someone that can work in a grope lead others and follow as well...
It is a very competitive business area, my business have a lot of competition in google and bing searches so you need to be very motivate to succeed and be very creative!!!

I know its a lot to ask from one person but who ever prove himself with me will have stable job for a very long time.. its a new company so we have a long way to go and the opportunities to promotions are endless..
