Photoshop expert, T-Shirt Designer, good with Illustrator?

I am looking for a Photoshop expert who is comfortable with smart layers and can produce t-shirt, hoodie and mug mockups for me based on vector designs. Eventually I would like someone who can also produce vector designs as well.
