Requirements-
-Speak excellent English
-Accommodated already to work US Central time hours between 8am-7pm
-Awesome Google Suite and other administrative-
-Construct intelligent emails
-Easily Troubleshoot tenant questions
-Stable and Excellent Internet connection such that you can answer phones calls and work on computer
-MUST OWN EXCELLENT NOISE CANCELING HEADSET- and work in quiet environment

Basic Responsibilities
- Answer all incoming calls
-Make out going "return" calls
-Perform collections calls
-Interview prospect tenants, set times, and post ads
-Train tenant on Property Management Software (PW)
-Communicate with staff via PW and Hang outs
-Monitor weekend messages
-Enter Property Maintenance Requests and schedule with tenant
-Enter all real estate related bills
-Change utility ownership
