Video editing (sony vegas pro), ADOBE AFTEREFFECTS EXPERT NEEDED

I'm interested in adobe after effects and video editing skills.
I'm producing online information videos for the web on self help topics.
The videos are of me speaking to the camera and I would like to add adobe after effects graphics to make my videos look
more interesting and appealing.

Something on the lines of what Gideon Shalwick does with his videos, see the sample below:

Please let me know if you know how to do this and also let me know if you can edit videos on sony vegas.
