1.) Real Estate experience required
2.) Well spoken fluent in English. Bilingual preferred - Spanish a plus
3.) Willing to work US business hours
4.) Need good internet connection for 3 line dialer
5.) No background noise or distractions when making phone calls
6.) Clear headset or microphone to ensure phone calls sound clear
7.) Keep notes on all conversations to make follow up system easy to work with
8.) Data entry skills such as excel, google sheets and google calendar
