JOB OVERVIEW

Looking for a FULL TIME Virtual Assistant that be able to think quickly and handle multiple tasks at once. You will be responsible for managing the ins and outs of a web based client relationship management system, all social media and online marketing tools including Facebook fan page maintenance, linked in, pintrest, you tube, twitter, video marketing and editing videos, uploading of property information to a single property website system, and some phone support.

Must be able to work 9AM-5PM eastern standard time. Must be able to give 40 hours FULL TIME and have no other job or committments as an assistant. Dedicated computer with WIRED interest access is required. Knowing microsoft word, excel and google docs is a huge plus, but not required if willing and eager to learn. Phone work is necessary making US based calls, so MUST speak excellent english. A british or australian accent is ok.

-ability to edit videos, I will provide you the intro, actual content and outro, I would like you to edit together and make it look outstanding
-understand or learn to use Drop box for us to send files back and forth www.dropbox.com
-be able to utilize Google docs (drive) and ability to create and update spreadsheets
-create a blog in word press
-upload videos to you tube and be able to optimize those videos
-build Facebook fan pages (time line cover and tabs), then update and post content on those pages
-ability to create documents in Microsoft word, excel, power point
-willingness to watch training videos or view a live training class then clearly summarize topics and then upload to a word document in Google docs (drive)
-ability to use or learn to create videos in Animoto, then upload to you tube (www.animoto.com)
-ability to use LinkedIn to maintain my account, post content and search for group to post content on, ability to learn if not familiar is fine
-ability to learn new software to upload single property website from www.epropertysites.com - I will provide training, there is a very short learning curve to this process, but very simple to use
