Project for experienced php, angularJS developer

To develop an generic app for showing the data of any single table data (multiple excel-based tables are given) according to given settings (tb_setting.sql given) for selected database data table (through selecting on the web from a DDL of data available). The settings include but is not limited to:
if a table field to be shown on the web table (on/off of a table col/field), if a table field to be included in the filter, if numeric sum to done for table col/field, etc.
Features of the table include, sorting, on/off for display, searching all across, etc.
Pure php/mySQL, angular JS, no framework.
