Looking for Illustrator for Merchandise business

I am looking for talented illustrator to design merchandise product that includes t-shirts, mugs, necklaces etc.
The ideal candidate will be ambitious, motivated, with knowledge of the merch business and is familiar with the different online platforms ie Amazon, Teespring, Teelauch. Must be self motivated, creative mind, works on own initiative with little instruction.

-Fluent in English oral/written
-Experienced in Adobe illustrator
-Creative Artistic drawer.
-Well Organized.

You must be fast worker as you will be expected to create up to 50-70 designs a week.
