Marketing Assistant

We’re searching for the right individual for a long time fit. We’re searching for someone that can grow together with us. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn new skills is as important as having some strong foundation skills to get started.

This position will be full time (40 hours a week)

Responsibilities are

Respond to customer service via email, Facebook messaging, twitter, instagram
Copy-writing for advertisements
Scraping and contacting potential customers, partners, teammates, speaking engagements thru e-mail
SEO marketing
Participating in forums: twitter, reddit, Quora
Management of social media accounts: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, Youtube. This would include posting, tagging, uploading images
Content marketing for blogs, vlogs, books
Launching crowdsourcing campaigns
Researching and locating VAs as needed for future projects
Other duties as training and needs expand

Key skills

Excellent English both written and verbal
A willingness to communicate in a timely manner is a must
Strong skills with program such as word processor and spreadsheet programs
Familiarity with social media platforms, preferably as administrator
Previous customer service experience preferred
