Email List Consolidation

I have four email lists, with about 20,000 combined entries. I need the lists consolidated into one master list. The master list must have as its column headers all the unique column headers from the four original lists, even if that will mean some entries are empty in the rows for those lists. I then need the data from the lists consolidated into the appropriate entries.
