Webmaster/Web Designer

I'm an Internet Marketer looking to further grow and expand my online business long term
and I'm looking for a Webmaster/Web Designer who can help me build and design my websites.

Ideally the Project Manager will assist myself as the owner-employer / Main Manager with building the website from scratch if necessary, help me on overall graphics design and make sure all functionalities are working.

The Webmaster/Web Designer must posses the following skills:

Applicants must posses the following skills in order to be qualifie:

Expert level in HTML/CSS
Expert Level in Javascript/Flash
Expert Level in PHP/ASP
Expert Graphic Designer (preferably Adobe Photoshop)
Must Have Good Knowledge In Wordpress
Must Know How To Code Wordpress Themes From Adobe Photoshop
Must Have Knowledge in Databases (MySQL, Orable)
Must know How to Use CPanels and FTP
WHM, cPanel, MYSQL, WP config/plugins, etc.
script installs
Facebook fan pages& optin forms
payment systems [setup & config]
configuring offer pages - config [upsell, downsell, and thank you pages]
Set up Systems/Platforms/Automation
Headers and graphics [separate graphics specialist/s]

It will be an advantage if you have background knowledge on the following, but not required!

Search Engine Optimization
Search Engine Marketing
Link Building
Video Creating and Editing
Other Web Related skills, please tell us and specify.

You:
Must have your own reliable computer and a fast, dependable internet connection. Working from a quiet place would be preferably.
This is a full time work 40 hours position so you must NOT be working for anybody else. must also be available to communicate via skype during work hours.
