Looking for a cold calling expert to generate leads and set appointments

I need someone to help me generate leads via outbound cold calling. I have lists of prospects but you would have free hand to prospect yourself as well. We are a digital marketing agency and you will be promoting Paid Advertising (via Facebook or Google), Landing Pages, social media packages, SEO and Website Design. Your job will be to sell the meeting with one of the founders, you are not required to close deals (although based on performance you will get the opportunity to be promoted). Pay starts at $5/hour and you will also be compensated for each meeting that occurs. This job starts at 10 hours/week but if you deliver results there will be no shortage of work- we love rewarding individuals who deliver results! Requirements:

-Must speak English fluently. You need to be articulated and confident
-Must be able to work EST hours (you will call the USA and Canada)
-Must have good, reliable internet (we will pay for the VOIP phone plan)
-Must have experience in cold calling
-Must understand the importance of a sales funnel: from the prospecting to the follow up and closing. Consistency is key
