JOB OVERVIEW

Our Support Department does operate on a 24/7 schedule, 365 days a year. We are looking to fill multiple shifts\schedules. You must be flexible in-terms of time, 40 hours is expected a week, paid overtime is allowed when authorised.

What You’ll Do?
Connect with customers via phone, email, ticket support and chat to provide a personalized help desk experience without scripts.
Walk customers through set up of gameservers, services, email, cPanel, and FTP clients, vps, dedicated servers and other webhosting.
Continually build your technical skill set to advance your career
Provide customer feedback to leaders to improve products, service, and customer satisfaction

Ideal candidates MUST have the following:
Excellent English writing\speaking sk
Be technically minded.
Ability to troubleshoot technical issues
Have a good, preferably high-speed stable internet connection
Be able to work from home effectively
Be a self-motivated individual that can work well on their own or with a team.
Basic website and WordPress knowledge
Help Desk or Call Center Experience


Ideal candidates have:
Experience with video games
Experience with game-server configuration\setup
Experience with web-hosting
A passion for providing customers with a positive experience
Familiarity with Linux based systems (Ubuntu, Suse, and Gentoo to name a few)
A helpful and friendly attitude
A degree in an IT field.
CompTIA\Microsoft qualifications and certified

This is a full-time, long-term role and as such you will be contracted to us, Due to location-circumstances in that, we are both international and in Canada, this is a work from home role. Flexibility is preferable in terms of avaliablity\time as we operate 24/7 hours, 365 days a year. You must have the appropriate
equipment\infrastructure e.g. good internet, a computer capable of running graphical applications (video games, Microsoft office etc).

Please note we run our own tests when it comes to select ( English language, background check, IQ etc)
