Need An Experienced Adobe InDesign Person for Special Issue of a Magazine

I am an American living in the United States. This job is a simple project for someone who has basic experience editing, designing, and finding content for a magazine.

I need help creating a special edition issue for an iPad magazine. I am looking for someone from the Philippines as all my contractors are from the Philippines.
