Seeking a virtual assistant for a busy real estate brokerage in the suburbs outside of San Diego, California.
VA Responsibilities:
-Social media management / posting
-Website Updates using Wordpress
-Other administrative tasks as need but could include editing of images, cross-referencing data, compiling spreadsheets, and writing paragraphs or letters
The optimal candidate will must have the following experience and/or meet the following requirements:
-Willing to work 8:00 - 4:00 pm Pacific Time (California business hours) with some flexibility
-Experience with Hootsuite and all social media platforms
-Emergency generator in case Internet goes down in your area
-Minimum one year experience working with real estate
-Fluent in English
-Top-notch computer equipment and a back-up plan (computer) in case yours breaks
-Ability to communicate via Google Hangouts,
