Look for an experienced Amazon FBA

I'm looking for an experienced FBA assistant that can help me with my growing Amazon business.

I require help with the following tasks:

1. Replying to customers emails. I have a large list of customer service templates that you can use to speed this process up and understand the tone that I like to use.

2. Replying to customer reviews ( both positive and negative ) again, I will provide you with templates for this to speed up the process.

3. Replying to customer feedback. I will provide you with templates for this to speed up the process.

4. Sending emails to customers who leave positive seller feedback, asking them to copy and paste their feedback as a review.

5. Sending out FBM orders to customers that require a replacement

6. Managing and keeping track of reimbursements / refunds .

You must have worked on similar projects in the past and be experienced with Amazon FBA.

About the company:

My brand and products get good reviews and very few negative reviews. I will share my website URL and Amazon URL while assessing applicants.

This is the first time I have hired a VA - so I would really like your help in understanding how much time you would require and the best processes to follow to make both our jobs easier :) I will provide you with a detialed process document via Google Docs, that will be shared and be editable by both parties. These documents will be kept up to date.

I am happy to negotiate payment. I will require roughly 2-5 hours per day to begin with and I expect this to increase over time.
