Looking for an experienced Amazon FBA VA for my Amazon business

I'm looking for an experienced FBA assistant that can help me with my Amazon business with the following tasks.

1. Replying to customers emails. I have a large list of customer service templates that you can use to speed this up.

2. Replying to customer reviews ( both positive and negative )

3. Replying to customer feedback.

4. Sending emails to customers who leave positive seller feedback, asking them to copy and paste their feedback as a review.

5. Sending out FBM orders to customers that require a replacement

You must have worked on similar projects in the past and be experienced with Amazon FBA.

My brand and products get good reviews and very few negative reviews.

I must admit that this is the first time I have hired a VA - so I would really like your help in understanding how much time you would require and the best processes to follow to make both our jobs easier :)
